Job Description
- This role involves managing vendor relationships by conducting face-to-face meetings and delivering tailored onboarding training manuals specific to each partner. You will be responsible for onboarding shops and restaurants across various city locations, ensuring a smooth integration into the platform. Collaboration with multiple internal teams such as Supply, Live Operations, Sales, Account Management, and Content is essential to guarantee accuracy and timely completion of all tasks. The position requires researching accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and generating interest in the foodpanda platform. You will oversee newly onboarded vendors, driving operational excellence through monitoring commercial performance, internal tools, and special projects. Supporting vendor development post-acquisition, including onboarding and incubation, is a key part of the role. Daily field visits are expected to ensure targeted shops are onboarded effectively, while maintaining detailed records of inventory in Salesforce. Additionally, you will manage vendor inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed to maintain a high-quality vendor experience.
